These rules govern Sprin World's weekly Instagram Catch Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve the eligibility or weight of a verified entry.
1. Sponsor
SPRIN GAME, LLC, c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old when they enter. Sponsor employees, contractors, household members, and anyone involved in administering the promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Weekly entry period
Each weekly period begins Monday at 00:00:00 UTC and ends Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC. In Pacific Time, the week turns over Sunday at 5:00 PM PDT or 4:00 PM PST. Sponsor's servers are the official clock.
4. How to enter
Log in to Sprin World, catch a wild Sprin, tap Share to Instagram, attest that you meet the eligibility requirements, add Instagram's interactive Mention sticker for @digitaldripgames, and publish the generated card to your Instagram Story before the deadline. Each separately posted and verified card with a new entry code is one entry. Reposting the same code does not create another entry. There is no weekly entry cap.
5. Verification
Your Instagram Story must be visible to Sponsor, include the interactive @digitaldripgames mention, show the unique entry code, and have been posted before the cutoff. Sponsor reviews mentions manually and may reject entries that are late, unavailable, incomplete, duplicated, altered, automated, or cannot be verified. A generated card or an opened Instagram composer alone is not an entry.
6. Prize
One winner per weekly drawing receives 2,000 Sprin World gems credited to the winning game account. Gems are virtual, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged outside the game. No substitution is offered except as required by law.
7. Drawing and announcement
Verification remains open for three hours after the entry cutoff. At approximately Monday 03:05 UTC (Sunday 8:05 PM PDT or 7:05 PM PST), Sponsor will randomly select one eligible entry using a cryptographically secure process, credit the prize, and announce the winner's in-game username in the Sprin World Discord. If there are no eligible entries, no prize is awarded for that week.
8. Odds
Odds depend on the total number of eligible verified entries received for that week. Every eligible entry has equal weight, including multiple valid entries from the same person.
9. Entry conduct
Entries must comply with Instagram's rules and applicable law. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the process, uses bots or false accounts, submits copied or fraudulent Stories, harasses others, or attempts to obtain entries through abuse or deception.
10. Winner identification
By entering, you agree that Sponsor may identify a winner by their Sprin World in-game username and the captured Sprin in promotion-related announcements, including Discord. Sponsor will not publish a winner's legal name or email through this promotion.
11. Privacy
Sponsor uses the game account ID, entry code, Instagram username supplied during verification, timestamps, and operator audit records only to administer, secure, audit, and measure the promotion, subject to the Sprin World Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Instagram disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Each entrant releases Instagram from claims related to this promotion. Questions must be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
13. Release and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its service providers from claims arising from participation, technical failures, unavailable Stories, or acceptance and use of the prize, except where a release is prohibited. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. General terms
Sponsor's decisions are final, subject to applicable law. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, platform changes, or events outside Sponsor's reasonable control prevent fair administration. Winners are responsible for any taxes required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
